Bonanza Farm began in 1959, three generations ago, founded by Emilio Vega. In 2020, Emilio decided to pass on his passion for coffee to his granddaughter, Karen Vargas. In 2021, Karen and her husband, Captain Robert Ayres, became the current owners of the farm.
