Bonanza Farm was founded in 1959 by Mr. Emilio Vega . In 2020, Karen Vargas, granddaughter of the founder, discovered her passion for coffee. Together with her husband, Pilot Robert Ayres, the current owners of the farm, they decided to embark on a new journey, sharing their love for Ecuadorian coffee.
As a result, they revitalized the farm under the name 89 BONANZA S.A. , focusing on improving processing and cultivation techniques to export high-quality coffee.
89 BONANZA S.A. 89 BONANZA S.A. is located on a mountain with a tropical climate, surrounded by a rich variety of birds and wildlife. Its fertile soil provides the perfect conditions for coffee cultivation.
Today, Robert and Karen work tirelessly to develop a prosperous and sustainable farm, continuously refining techniques, incorporating modern agricultural innovations, and preserving the biodiversity of the environment.
